The scheme offers significant rate reductions and other enhancements making it more competitive than previously. Here are some of the adjustments made:
- We have significantly reduced the rate in a number of postcode areas
- We have implemented a modernised postcode file that will significantly reduce referral numbers
- The product will now quote for unoccupied bronze, silver, and gold, with the same underwriting terms and coverage as Let Shield
