Our overall score (excluding the new claims service questions) has increased to 8.52, up from 8.40 in the last survey, and we are delighted to see that most of our scores have risen—particularly in areas relating to the service we provide. This is a demonstration of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.
Since our last survey, we have seen positive improvements across several key areas:

- Underwriters (Knowledge & Helpfulness): 8.80 (previously 8.71)
- Product Quality (Policy Coverage & Competitiveness): 8.37 (previously 8.43)
- Online Platform – Assist (Ease of Use, Speed & Reliability): 8.37 (previously 8.26)
- Policy Documentation (Clarity & Accuracy): 8.63 (previously 8.67)
