ERN functionality changes script:
The Assist platform has been updated to simplify the ERN process. Previously, when holding cover on any scheme with Employers’ Liability cover, brokers were required to complete the ERN field unless they had confirmed exemption. This mandatory step has now been removed, meaning it is no longer necessary to enter an ERN when placing cover, streamlining the process and improving ease of use.
