We are delighted to announce that with immediate effect Lloyd’s Syndicate AXIS will be replacing Argo as the new capacity providers for the Liability Per Capita and Liability Wages and Turnover schemes.

We have the utmost confidence in our new partners and we will work together to ensure we deliver excellent service for our customers whilst benefiting from better quality policy wordings.
All policies with a renewal date of the 9th June onwards will also be underwritten by Lloyd’s Syndicate AXIS.
Premiums remain unchanged along with policy terms and conditions. The CAR section of the Wages and Turnover scheme will continue to be underwritten by HSB Engineering.
The Commercial Express website has been updated with the new policy wording and key facts documents. We will also be attaching a change document detailing the difference between the various schemes.
