Commercial Express is proud to be supporting Learning at Work Week 2019, which takes place from 13 to 19 May.
The campaign aims to highlight the importance and the benefits of continual learning and development in the workplace, focusing on the theme of ‘shaping the future.’
Organisations across the country are urged to create vibrant and engaging activities that inspire colleagues to learn through life and promote learning cultures at work.
As part of the campaign, employees at Commercial Express have been encouraged to complete a number of courses on the web-based learning platform, CE Learning: Online. Individuals can choose courses that are relevant to themselves and can also assist in areas which they feel they need to improve their knowledge.
The system offers a solution for insurance compliance, product awareness, business skills courses and assessment. As well as giving employees an education tool to work from, Commercial Express brokers can also take advantage of the online learning platform.
Digital learning specialist, Jon Hill, said: “Learning at Work Week is a great opportunity to pause and reflect on what can sometimes be a neglected area – our own self-development. In the rush to meet the day-to-day demands of business, it’s important that we regularly dedicate time to addressing any gaps in our knowledge and work towards our CPD hours.
"At Commercial Express, we are committed to developing our employees and, in the process, maintaining our high levels of service, by providing access to an extensive library of training materials, assessments and a CPD tracker on CE Learning Online.”
CE Learning: Online enables users to find, access and track progress with interactive courses, videos, articles and features. There is a vast selection of smaller modules and full-length courses, with the system being incredibly quick and simple to navigate. Every feature and course is available to all Commercial Express brokers completely free of charge.
The platform is packed with content which includes technical and regulatory modules, plus course leadership and management, communication skills, compliance and health and safety. There is also product eLearning, CPD tracking and fun and games.
