It’s been a tough season of competition, but the Commercial Express Premier League Fantasy Football has finally come to an end.
Taking home the winner’s crown and a prize of £1,000, is Dominic Jervis of UKI Direct.
After a close battle across 38 weeks with a total of 615 players, Dominic stormed to victory as the manager of the season with 2463 points. He finished top of the CE league, competing against not just brokers and agents, but Commercial Express account managers and underwriters.
Dominic said: "I am delighted to win this competition and will definitely enter again next year, but I expect to get nowhere near the top next time round.
"The prize money will go towards buying a new car."
Gary Cox of Glentworth Insurance came in at a close second place, with 2418 points and a prize of £500. In third place was Martin Lindo of MCM Insurance who won £250 for his 2409 points.
Regional sales manager at Commercial Express, Kristian Bartlett, said: “It has been another great season with some fierce competition.
“A huge congratulations to Dominic for taking the crown after what has felt like a rollercoaster few months with lots of ups and downs.
“Thankyou to all of our brokers who took part and we hope you join us next season for the Commercial Express Fantasy Football league.”
