As part of the continual journey to improve customer service at Commercial Express, the quarterly printed newsletter has undergone a major revamp.
The redesigned eight-page publication will be sent to all CE brokers and will include a variety of company news, industry related features, product posts and expert opinions.
With a round up of main news such as the 20th birthday, the launch of CE Learning: Online and apprentice successes, the edition will be a long-awaited read.
Senior members of staff who are experts in their field also give an overview on their area of specialism within Commercial Express and the different departments such as underwriting.
Managing director of Commercial Express, Duncan Pritchard, said: “I am extremely pleased to be relaunching the printed broker newsletter.
“After lots of hard work across departments, the first issue looks great. It is filled with all things Commercial Express, such as news, charity, products and lots more.
“We look forward to hearing what our brokers think of the finished item.”
