In order to speed up the process it is vital to have the following additional information available when the claim is submitted:
• Date & Time of Loss
• Full Circumstances of claim
• Location of incident
• Have substantiation to be able to quantify the loss e.g loss lists, accident reports, accounts, photos, quotes.
