Step 1: Initial Assessment Interview
Once we have reviewed your application and deemed it successful we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for an interview.
This is a chance for you to come in for a face-to-face meeting to find out more about Commercial Express and the role you have applied for, as well as seeing the office you’ve applied to work in. This stage also involves a competency based interview with a Manager from the particular business area.
Step 2: 2nd Interview
Our aim is for you to interact with as many Commercial Express employees as possible, so if you are successful after your 1st interview we will automatically process you to a 2nd interview where you will meet with a Senior Manager/Manager to discuss your application and career opportunities with ourselves. At Commercial Express we believe that it is important you enjoy our working environment.
Step 3: Decision
Within a week of your assessment we will be able to let you know whether you have been successful in your application to work with Commercial Express.
